I enjoy the fresh Samsung IP-830W how do I find it to Sync beside my computer?

I have followed adjectives of the driections and I just cant find my computer to see that it is attached to a USB port


Answers:    did you load the software for the phone. if that still doesnt work contact tech support for the company that your phone is from and own them step you through fixing it
