Ebay problem- What should I do?
1. Just not pay. Very unlikely that I'll do this, I hold a great ebay rating plus it's not this guys fault I didn't know ample about the phone.
2. Resell it on Ebay and hold him ship it to the new guy. I would own to pray that the phone is as he says it is- within excellent condition. (Its a used phone) or I'd have a problem near the guy who buys it.
3. Pay for it and have him ship it to me and flog it later. That channel I'll be more comfortable really knowing the condition of what it is I'm selling.
4. Offer him say 10% of the Dutch auction for him to just forget roughly it and resell it himself. Maybe then I would still bring back a negative feedback. Who know?
Answers: It seems approaching you're leaning towards selling it yourself then on; it certainly doesn't trademark sense to rely on someone u don't know to ship a product you've never seen!!
intuitively, if someone contacted me because they couldn't pay for an item or have an issue, i'd rather they tolerate me know than to keep me slack on wondering if they're going to pay or not...........I surmise we already know you're not going to just ditch the payment-------------------Offering him 10% to nullify the sale is nice, but double check the commercial first-make sure that it does specify Verizon, and see if it says anything going on for a cancelled sale fee----------------------personally, I'd step ahead and get it, because the Treo have internet capabilities (w/ a wifi enfora sled or connecting thru bluetooth), a music player, a 2x zoom camera, a 1/2 hour video camera, games, gps software u can buy for it----there's tons of features a short time ago as a pda w/o any phone service-u can store and transfer so much stuff betwen the treo and your pc--it's pretty handy just as a PDA----u push on once for PDA, press and hold again for phone---------try it out, consequently just supply it later----------------------
You could try 4. but 3. is the best way to protect yourself.
