Answers: Ok if everything is installed you should just be capable of plug the USB cord into your blackberry and the computer. Go to Start>>>My Computer>>>Removable Disk>>> Blackberry>>> Music
Now you can minimize that, go to your Music folder, or where you store all your music. Open the one you minimized and you should hold two folders opened at once.
Drag the music from your 'Music' profile, over to your 'music '(blackberry one) folder, and you should be set.
(You must have a Media Card... you will know the size because it slips within beneath the battery within a flap in the upper left-hand corner)
(Once you enjoy a Media Card you don't have to spend any money on ringtones.. they try to rip you rotten.. just turn to http://makeownringtone.com or http://myxertones.com and make one from any song you want. Put the ringtone on your phone alike way you do music. Just instead of going to Blackberry>>>Music run to Blackberry>>>Ringtones and drag the ringtone ((that you previously saved from the site to your computer)) into the 'Ringtone' folder.)
