Psp comfort???

I learned that you can fix your Psp eyeshade yourself after it's broken. So i got a screen(will be getting it on monday) and the dude im getting it from(my ex) said that i may not want to adjustment it myself because it may have like mad of wires under the eyeshade and i don't want to mess them up cause i could mess up the in one piece system so is that true? is there a great deal of wires under it?

I enjoy a PSP myself and I would not mess with it. I would purloin it to an electronics repair store or contact Sony and see what they say
