I go back and looked at the association you added to your questions and sure satisfactory the website states that the 8130 does not have a colour display. The answer I originally wrote (below) stands true - both devices own colour screens. I enjoy both an 8310 and an 8130 and both have full colour displays. Every model from the 71xx forward have sported a nice, bright, full colour screen. This is a simple oversight on the BlackBerry website.

I must come clean, I am a bit confused by your question. Both the BlackBerry Curve (83xx) and Pearl (81xx) enjoy colour displays, so I am not sure where you are getting your information in connection with the Pearl not having a colour display.
The Curve sports a 320 x 240 pixel, 65,000 colour peak while the Pearl sports a 240 x 260 pixel, 65,000 colour screen.
