Wanted to supply music to BB. Roxio asking me to cause "Mass Storage Mode" but my Pearl say it is already on?

I updated music onto the Media Card for the 1st time about two hours ago, and it worked fine (I'm using the Roxio program).
Now I needed to put some more music and a video or two on the card, and Roxio says that I call for to activate the "Mass Storage Mode" but I already enjoy it on. What do I do?

I went lower than Applications>Options>Media Card
And the following reads:
Media Card Support - ON
Encryption Mode - NONE
Mass Storage Mode Support - ON
Auto Enable Mass Storage - YES

Total Space [On the my medium card]: 971.6 MB
Free Space: 723.7MB

Help is much appreciated! =)

Answers:    I know that program gets rather hard to use at times.

You can try two things.
1. Change the "Auto Enable Mass Storage" to Prompt.
(So it will ask you to do it manually)
2. Take both the mobile and Media card of for a few seconds.

Also i found out how to product new ringtones using that program. Start > Media Manager 9 > Audio > Easy Audio Capture.

And from in attendance you need to variety some setting. .
Input > Stereo Mix
Capture Settings > iPod ACC good competence
Recording Level > Auto
File name prefix > Song title

So you can story a full song or record a 30 second bit of your favorite song and latter upload it to your medium card and set it as your ringtone. And its free.
