Well long story short, someone broke the screen on my 4gb Iphone and in a minute I can't use the darn thing! I expect since the broken screen hinder me from using the software Apple should replace it! according to Apple "ahh" NO! Idiot! I can't get to the software which vehicle it also a "software" problme and should be replaced by Apple or the "jerk" who broke it!.
What do you think? What happend to your IPhone? Resolution?
Answers: The joggle who broke it should buy you a new one. Apple will not honor the warranty if the product have any sign of physical damage and I focus in your grip it's kinda obvious.
So no Apple will not honor any warranty!
And yes! Make that loser that broke your phone salary for it.
and in continuation to that...if the party refused to pay envelope for it, file a imperative suit...
