I want to hard reset it but keeping the manufacturer software (memos, calc, documents ....ect.) and not losing anything that would mess up my service w/ sprint.
Answers: I don't know this model in soul, but all Palm devices own a pinhole in the vertebrae with a "reset" sticky label... Standad Palm procedure for a total blackout is to push in it while you press power button. Check your user's encyclopaedia or tech sheet at PalmOne website to be sure.
