I bought a new (but used) blackberry 8703e for Verizon. I hold pictures on my old Blackberry 7250 that I desperately want to squirrel away. Can the Verizon people verbs the pictures when they activate the phone and verbs my contacts or is that something totally different? Does anyone know if there is a track to do this? I'll transfer them to my computer or Verizon Pix first if indispensable (but I can't figure out how to do that either). Thanks contained by advance!
Answers: Well I dont hold The 8703, but i do have the BB 8100. so this might work to.
1. Open the Blackberry "Desktop Manager"
2. Then Click on the "Switch Device Wizard"
3. Then on "Switch Blackberry Devices" and this will allow you yo introduction device data from your current BB to your exotic one.
So It will transfer your Contacts phone settings and hopefully your pics.

I've got the Treo, and when I upgraded, I beam the photos from one device to the other. Or, you may be able to achieve them onto the memory card, then when you switch, providing it take the same card, they are here... or... via computer.
