How do i clear the info from a dell axim x5?

I'm selling my Dell AXIM x5 and need to know how to clear adjectives the info i've input. any suggestions? It didn't come with a instruction book :(


Answers:    Take out the battery for at least possible 1 full minute and the Dell Axim x5 reset.

Hold down on the power button and insert the stylus into the reset hole on the side of the axim. follow the directions on the peak.
