Recommendations for my First PDA?

Hi , i am 16 and i am looking to buy my first PDA. I would say that i am reasonably up - to - date with technology so thats not a problem. I am askin you to reccomend any PDA's which enjoy a phone , internet , gps and the normal requirements pda's enjoy. I would also like to ask if i be have to set up an external contract on a mobile phone company to grasp access to the phone and internet on the pda ? My price range is anything up to lb300

In the U.S, my Q was 100 bucks plus 15 a month for the OPTIONAL background plan, but their competitor, Verizon, charges $40 a month and it is part of the 2-year contract. I don't know how UK cell companies work, but I suppose that they differ from one to another, just similar to the U.S

My Moto q is reliable, sturdy, and has upright internet.- The one thing is the GPS is for emergency 911 lone. - The Q9 just come out and has more features, so check it out.
The Palm Z22 would be a polite begginers PDA.
