I just get the phone yesterday and i have spent hours trying to connect to an access point. Three access points that i know and i own the passphrase for. On the phone it says that, i am connecta nd shows me the exchange cards name but i cannot access any webpage, or letters. Do i have to receive a plan from T-Mobile inorder to be able to access the internet or my letters. ANyone who had a solution please assist.
Answers: No- its probably the network. Try a different wifi exchange cards and see if it still doesn't work. Like starbucks, or one that is set to work. If that still doesn't work, then you requirement a new phone. T-mobile should replace it.
