Hey i own a t-mobile wing, and im have problems near my ringtones.?

they dont play, im saving them on both the window end, where on earth the regular ringtones are and under the application data/sounds.. some times they ring but most of the time it only vibrates.. anyone know why this is? ive even gone as far as varying the registry but nothing seem to help.

what format are the ring tones
will they play when you hit play under phone settings
does your loudspeaker work
is the ringer volume set loud ample
hopefully when you are looking at these you find the problem
if not post the answers and I don`t know we can help you find it
I don`t know the ringtones not compatible with your cellphone. check that first. if that's not the problem consequently refer to your units encyclopaedia in trouble shooting portion and if you can't find it there afterwards refer your unit to your mover.
