I just bought a "unmarked in the box Palm Treo 750" past its sell-by date of ebay. Needless to say, it is not unusual. I plugged it in and cannot receive anywhere as it says that I obligation the other persons password. I enjoy tried to contact him and have file a dispute through paypal, but is there anything I can do to bring back around this?

Do a hard reset by making the system pay for to original out of the box settings.
On the gone side of the Treo there is a Up and Down volume button bar, below that is a small button by itself. Press that button and hold it down and use the stylus and push it surrounded by the Reset hole.
