Be highly careful. I've hear some problems with BlackBerrys running 4.2. I've hear that some don't format the 6 gb card correctly. I believe that OS 4.3 is recommended for cards over 4.2 (4.3 is not out yet). There are a few threads about it on www.pinstack.com
