Answers: sounds like you in recent times need to exchange the theme. Have you checked the theme on your phone?
Go to
Options/Theme
and browse through the themes on your phone
The subject on the photos you posted look like the Zen Theme that comes beside a Tmobile phone.

Yup. Cliffy rout me to it (again). Though I'm sure the Tmo zen theme isn't the single one using the icons on the bottom (though I don't know of any others). However, nearby is one developer that modified the plazmic theme builder (and he's not sharing) but the rumor is that when the 4.3 software is fully released for adjectives the newer models, a update for plazmic will come out and we will be able to build em too. In the meantime you can drop by my site for free themes, ringtones, wallpapers, and suggestion :)
