Blackberry curve grill...?

im giving my dad my blackberry curve, put his sim card and stuff in it...presently how do i make sure my yahoo and student email doesn't stay on my phone? i can't digit out how to delete the emails off of my phone? anybody know?

Answers:    What you want to do is wipe the phone entirely.

The natural way to do i.e. go to option, then to indemnity, click the menu key and select wipe handheld. At the prompt, switch in the word "blackberry" and it will restore the phone support to the original settings.

Also progress into the advanced options, service books and simply erase those service books that have your email address on them. Be sure if you hold signed up for them via your carrier's website to delete them from your mail explanation list as very well.

Just and FYI -- you're giving your dad a used phone, so the warranty does not transfer over to him. Warranty merely applies to original owner for length of 12 months from first use.
While wiping the device will return with rid of all the personal information on the phone, unless you delete your e-mail accounts from your BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS) sketch then the e-mails will still come to the phone once he registers it on the see. This will continue until the e-mail address is delete or you start using your SIM card in a different BlackBerry.

You will necessitate to contact your carrier and ask them to remove your BIS description so that your account is no longer tied to that BlackBerry PIN number and IMEI number.
