I am exotic to the world of blackberry (see details)?

Recently, I bought a blackberry Pearl (from Cingular). However, I realized, as I be buying it, I know nothing almost blackberries. I only bought it because it be cool and there werent really any other fitting phones. There are a couple of questions I own. Besides that I would like to know common information.

The sales woman told me I can download ringers, games, etc from the blackberry forum? Also I enjoy a trial of the 29.99 monthly email and internet. I believe this is unlimited. But my question is what do the more expensive packages involve that mine does not? What is the blackberry enterprise server?
