How can I stop my infirm PDA from turning itself on?
My older PDA doesn't hold that slide lock button.... and frequently I come to use it.... and I don't know how but it's either on... or mostly is sour and won't power up as it's been on whilst I'm away and have discharged. It's..... annoying to say the tiniest... but at least I can restore adjectives the programs a full discharge does quite well... but nevertheless... still needs charging again.
How can I stop it powering itself on. I sign out it "off" (by pressing the power off button)... but somehow it get's switched on again.. as they are sensitive little things.

Check if the PDA has any preset alarms that are planned to go stale. Also, any periodic calendar events, tasks, etc. If you enjoy even one of these set, the pda will turn on when the alarm is due.

Did you try hte key wad lock softwarefor your pda, it works only if you unlock the knob pda it turns on the pda.

Just take the battery out and shut it down.
