1. Open BlackBerry Messenger.
2. Press the Menu switch (for BlackBerrys with a track ball) or press surrounded by the track wheel (for BlackBerrys beside a track wheel) and select Add Contact.
3. You will be taken to the Address Book. Scroll to the top where it say [Use Once] and then press the Menu knob or press in the track helm.
4. Select "Request by PIN"
5. Type in the PIN number, press the Menu push button or the track wheel, and consequently choose Continue.
