Why doesnt my wifi work near iphone ?

i unlocked my iphone to fido/rogers and it was working for the first afternoon . now i try to connect to the non-attendance wifi connection , but it say " unable to interlace the network non-attendance " , i also have a E sign on the top moved out of the phone, and i have no clue what it is. the wifi have full connection too . can somone please help out and and tell me why this is up and how i could get it to work again . or how i could find my own nouns from home by tapping " others ".

Answers:    Good Going ! I did not hold the heart to unlock mine yet ! But I surmise you will need to buy a sim of another exchange cards first !
