Answers: consult your plan. but a bill does not show the text messages. Usually they are $.15 per message. Your plan might allow you to primer within the Cingular (AT&T) net for free.

prices depend on your plan...unlimited stuff (texts, msgs, mins.) costs the most, but may liberate you money if you can't control yourself on the phone...overage charges are what REALLY get you.
