If the you phone is NOKIA,you may check the IMEI code ,
Firstly,dial ＊＃06＃,then the mobile would show the IMEI code themselves.
Then you look at your battery-operated,there is one sign on it,also have one IMEI code in attendance.
The two codes numbers need to be same,save,there must be something problem next to the mobile. For your reference just .
