I'm with ntl and i'm have problems repeatedly with the service so i'd approaching to know if there is a better service near better customer service.
Answers: NTL has be taken over by Richard Branson, who has stretched himself financially. The company,VIRGIN, will try and squeeze as much money out of you as possible, even putting extra channel on your bill without you asking for them. Keep your eye on them and they are non-hazardous. Or SKY at the moment have some mouthwatering offer.
