Answers: How far are you from Shreveport? I do not get any of my locals from Dish l use an antennae. I use one on my roof and it picks up adjectives of my local channels. I am just about 35 miles from Milwaukee. I get ABC, CBS, NBC, TheCW, and FOX.
I also use my antennae for my HD channel. I plug my antennae into the antennae input on the DVR from dish and it integrates seemlessly. I would wait it out a while though. If you really must enjoy ABC and they can not offer you a different solution after cancel.
