I have tried to program the All for One remote and for some common sense I can't get it to work. I looked at the website for the code and I still can't draw from it to work. I have a URC-4081B00 model and I am wanting to use it for a Toshiba tv for cable. I am not sure what is wrong near it. Do you?

There are two things.
1. You should know the code for toshiba tv.
2. You should know if you universal remote will support that code.
If you know these two, after you can turn on your tv punch in the code for you TV contained by the remote you should be all set.
