my directv tivo r10 is freezing up alot lately. i called directv and adjectives they could do(?) was distribute me a new r15 model. is in that a way i can verbs the pre-recorded videos on the r10 to the r15 so i will not lose any. i lately recored all 171/2 hours of pbs's "the war" and i do not want to lose it.
