The signal from the satellites has to carry to your dish through miles upon miles of atmosphere, rain or shine, so it's flowing for something like that to interfere near your signal. Even a bird flying between the satellite and your dish can screw with the signal.

I get rid of my Directv about this time finishing year. Every time the sky was even cloudy we lost service. I couldn't stand it so I go to Dish Network.
