Whats the best settings to use when cassette a xbox360 winter sport using Pinnacle Studio Plus 11?

I have the Pinnacle Studio Plus 11 invasion card and the soft ware on my PC but when I record the team game it looks like crap on my PC.

Is in attendance any way to Record within HD using this capture card? because I own HD and regular cables for my 360. I also own S-Video cables. And I enjoy a full HD 1080P LCD HDTV.

I just want to be capable of record the hobby and upload it to youtube with the best aspect possible.

Whats the best file type to let go a Video as?
Whats the best color settings?

Right now I cant even see my gamertag its so blurry.

How can I stop the appropriation card from dropping so many frames?
When I start cassette it instantly starts dropping frames.

Answers:    you have to own a card with specific hd components........ The card you own is already too out of date to comply........
