How do i release a divx profile to a compact disc so it will play on dvd players?



Answers:    If you have a Divx compatible DVD player than, yeah, you can burn it as a datafile and a short time ago play it... but if you have a standard DVD player that doesn't do Divx, consequently you will need to convert the wallet from Divx to something a normal DVD player will read... and to do that you can use any number of software packages --- I close to Nero 7 ultra the best - or now Nero 8 is out too... it take the file and converts it to something adjectives DVD players can read (in your standard TSAudio and TSVideo folders)... it takes awhile to convert it to... a standard movie will run almost 2 hrs to convert... have fun!
You burn it as a background file within a CD.
