Why can't i receive Radio 4 on my DVD recorder?

i have a LCD TV connected to a DVD recorder/player both Panasonic .When i push button into Station 704 {Radio 4} I can receive it via the TV but not via the DVD recorder..I could once but suddenly it does not work..Can anyone know why this has happen
