Problems beside tv/video combi panasonic TX14GV1 video works fine but cannot tune surrounded by to tv merely bring snow?

original remote be lost so using a universal remote which turns it on and of also works the video but cannot tune the tv contained by no problems with the receiver checked with other tv they work fine HELP !! PLEASE !
