How can i go and get arabic channel surrounded by the fused states?

i have dish grating, but it charges alot, for so few arabic channels.

dish beside out the arabic channels is prty inexpensive, but i get an HDTV, and they charge a few for using HD channels, i also get DVR,

so any one know any other companys that offer arabic channel?
