Why is my TiVo wise saying that it is unplugged when it clearly is not?

im trying to connect with the see, and the first step is saying something is unplugged. EVERYTHING IS PLUGGED. i even restarted it. nought is working!

It sounds like TiVo is trying to connect to your lattice and can't find it.

It would help to know if your TiVo is connected to your router next to a cat5 cable or if you are trying to connect to a wireless router.

Try this - Unplug your TiVo, now your router and your modem.

Now plug surrounded by your modem first, your router next and finally your TiVo.

That may find it going. If not give us some more detail on how you are trying to connect.
