It seems enormously random, range from the newest blockbusters, to matured favorites, to strange movies that seemingly no one would ever monitor. I was wondering who decide, and how?

On Showtime its usually Dexter, Brotherhood, and a few others locally. Their "big" shows. As far as movies go, I can't read aloud for sure. I've seen some strange choices for movies as economically though most of the ones I see are either "newish" or elder movies that most people hold heard of.
