Hi There I can't burn 4.37GB on dvd-r. Please relief asap?

You do own a DVD-writer, right?

1. Has it ever worked?

2. Have you tried more than one disk? Maybe you have a impossible one.

3. Once you've tried to burn it, is the DVD still ok? It is still seen as a blank DVD?

4. Does the drive work for reading other DVDs?

5. Nero give progress information. It caches the files and so on, recounting you what is going on. Does it do all that?

6. Have you tried Nero serve? Or their website?
