Problems setting up my hot dvd recorder through my sky box. reception sky,can play dvds, no signal to history?

i cant seem to find a satellite signal through the dvd recorder. Any accepted wisdom? thanx


Answers:    You need to connect your scart lead as follows, top scart on sky box to DVD recorder, other to TV. To play dvd turn sky box to OF and your TV will then recognise the DVD.
OR near UHF lead from sky box into DVD box tuned for sky box UHF frequency, and from the scart head from the DVD unit into the TV.
I hold 3 TV's, 1 VHS, 1 DVD recorder 1 DVD player, I HiFi amp 1 cassette recorder, 1 CD recorder copier adjectives linked into impossible to tell apart system. I can record on anything from anything and or keep watch on and listen to anything from anything so it can be done. You just enjoy to think roughly it like a puzzle. do not return with caught though on poor quality scart lead, many single work one way.
You have need of to connect a lead from the sky box "signal output" to the dvd recorder "input". Usually the male/female head. May also be a scart lead though.
