Having problems next to my Scientific Atlanta Explorer 4250 HDC cable box.?

Hey guys, just get this today, but i can't figure out how to switch the box out of 1080i into 720 or any other output. If anyone can notify me how to do this i will be so grateful. Thanks in finance.
