I can move recordings to a reformated ext. Hard drive from DVR.my computer in a minute wont read my ext. drive. HELP?

The DVR is from the satelite company. the ext. HD connects via usb.


Answers:    DVR files are encrypted. You can only read them using the DVR. To use the drive on your PC, after you enjoy used it with a DVR, you will own to reformat it.
