How do i switch my Brocksonic TV to A/V mode minus a remote?

I know there is a agency because I read it in the users encyclopaedia but now forgot how and lost the guide and the remote. Anyone out there know- it have something to do with holding surrounded by the channel buttons and the volume buttons but I can't integer it out!

Use the channel down button. Just below burrow 2 is the AV input.
