Ok, I work for a company that as part of the services they grant, they are a retailer for a competitor of Dish. (You know who but I probably shouldn't say it.) Anyway, since I operation with the other company's customers regularly enough, I know that when they read aloud they are thikning about switching to Dish Network, we walk into action and try to hold them as a customer by offering free movie channels or programming credits for a year or doesn`t matter what.

I am a Dish Network customer - have be for 4 years - and I just tried that near them, and they were said within wasn't anything they can offer to retain my business. Just wondering if anyone out at hand knows what the knob phrase is to get to someone at Dish that can tender me programming credit.
