Techs were postponed, could not install the box , we had no TV that hours of darkness and the next sunshine we needed to have a super the who be 11/2 hrs late, he moved things around and it still did not work right. Told my husband to try it on his own or the super would return on Mon. am. When my husband call on monday the super said it was not his responsibility to fit the Tivo. Customer service be useless and kept responding to our questions as if they be reading off the "page related to our question" We asked for their supervisor who did not support and said no one could come time Jan. from 10am to 7pm, 8-11, or 2-5. We said that we hold already lost two mornings from work and needed them to schedule within the evening to just REMOVE EVERYTHING and put it hindmost the way it be. They said they could remove the box but not reinstall the Tivo. The whoe reason we needed they to come to our home be because we were told near Tivo we needed the tech. to come in the first place!!
Answers: I really would blame your husband, I aim after all he is a man right. He should be capable of connect little wires to little holes, I mean thats adjectives there is to it really. Read the instuctions follow the connections and BAM... it should be done.
I bet if you denied your husband sex for a month he could gain it done.
