Answers:    There are Dual Layer disks which hold 8.5GB compared to regular DVDs which are 4.7GB. You can find DL DVDs really anywhere regular ones are sold. Try your local Target, or Walmart. Electronic stores such as Best Buy and Circuit City also would enjoy them. Online try http://www.newegg.com. Just make sure what ever you're using to journal DVD's supports DVD DL.
120 minutes is the length of standard 4.5gb discs. Dual Layer discs enjoy a capacity of 8.5gb and own a run time of 240 minutes.

They are more expensive and slower to burn but it's what you would need. Cost would swing based on brand as dual shroud discs aren't as cheap to produce compared to single layer and any wearing clothes electrical goods store would own them along with any store that sell blank DVDs.
You can change the register time in the DVD recorder menu so it will fit more on the disc. Most will alllow you to gat 8 hours on the disc, but the level is reduced.
