What do you come up with of Time Warner Cable Services? I am looking to take adjectives 3 Packages.?

I live in southern California and want to catch the service because it seems to be cheaper than DirectTV. I want to grasp the Cable, Internet, and Phone service. Can anyone give me pros and cons for my situation.
