Answers:    Hi Donna R,

Any CD or DVD will play on a computer or within a DVD player unless the DVD player is very ripened it should play fine. The only cross-examine might be the +R or -R DVD format.

The DVD+R and DVD-R are competing formats much like the mature VHS and Beta formats in video tape. Today most drives are Hybrid and handle both formats. They are usually labeled DVD+/-R.

-R is the safest because it be out before the +R come along and older players might not play the +R format.

Just did a 85 pic. nuptial and burned it to a cheep Memorex cdr with no problem. They loved the pics and took the disk to a drugstore and made several prints. I enjoy no idea what thoughtful of DVD player they have, but they told me the slide show be fantastic and have played it for house and friends several times.
