Why does my onDemand hang on to freezing?
Answers: Try unplugging it for a good minute after plugging it back within, that should work, but it could take a touch for the onDemand to work after
This happens to me every once within a while too. All you have to do is reset your cable box. Just hold the power button down until it resets.

I would wait it out in recent times go support to it later and see if it works trust me it help I had to do it once....
i have ondemand for a year and that never happened to be. i suggest calling the company give or take a few it. maybe the box or something is not pluged surrounded by the right way or sumthin similar to that.
I had like problem - It is either the connections are loose or the box is not getting ample from the connector. I had both problems - they tightened the connectors and amped up the power on the line leading to my tv.
