i called the dish web to subsribe to the arabic package and they told me the name of the channels they own but they r not all the channel that r braodcasted by arabsat so i was wondering if i achieve a bigger satelitte dish will i be able to achieve all the other arabsat channel by pointing it to the right direction?or will it still be the same collection

Bigger dish won't make Dish Network transport more channels.
Dish will fetch what they think subscribers will want for the right price. They, similar to DirecTV, are limited by bandwidth surrounded by what they can carry adjectives at once.
You might want to look into getting a Free To Air satellite TV setup. There's a pretty good fate you'll be able to find the programming you want nearby.
