Direct tech. tested x 2 and diagnosed a faulty input port which affects transponder 31. This is adjectives my east coast feed resulting surrounded by pixelated pictures. Direct has wash their hands; TiVo say theirs are tied because it's a Direct TiVo and they won't assist without an auth. # from Direct. Direct say they never heard of giving an auth.#. Who can fix a port...conceivably a computer shop?
