Video skips during verbs from dv recorder to computer.?

my video skips during transfer from dv-recorder to my computer. So during playback it seem to jump or skip. How do I fix this?

- If not, your PC may not be powerful enough to play DVDs surrounded by real time, so it skips frames
- If you play standard DVD-ROMs, your PC DVD drive may enjoy issue playing your Discs. In general avoid re-writables or I don`t know buy a better brand discs.
- Make sure you record adjectives Discs in DVD-Video format and you finalize them.
