HD TV tuner query?

i want to buy this hd tv tuner i am wondering how good the talent is and is it worth buying. Is the quality really HD? is near real cable channel and do i need an antenna? please translate this description

Answers:    This tuner is one and only meant for use beside an antenna. If you want to buy a TV tuner, google Hauppauge. They make a honest quality chain of tuners.
This is NOT for you. Look at the bottom of the ad, it say "SOLD OUT". This means they ain't get no more, nada, none, kaputz, gone, kazaam, hit the road, down the Pike, over the hill, 'round the bend, up within smoke, "we ain't gotem no more" that sorta thing. Capisch??
